providing both deposit protection and insurance backed guarantees while also
being registered with your local building control to install uPVC windows and doors to strict
guidelines and supply certificates for building control requirements.

Company Profile
Pro-fix was established in 1997 and is run from my family home in Fleetwood Lancashire. I am a soul trader so therefore sell and install all my own products at a much lower price than most local companies. I have over the years installed and repaired hundreds of double-glazed windows, doors and conservatories all over Lancashire. 2001 was my best year for our conservatory installations, installing no less then 33 conservatories.
In a time when customer service takes a back seat, dealing with any size company can be distressing. Tradesmen who don't even turn up to give an estimate, don't ring back or keep you informed of progress, the larger companies suffer too with young girls manning phones who while watching the clock really don't care if you buy windows or not. Pro-fix filled this gap by providing a service which I would expect if I was a customer, lets face it, a one-to-one service is far better than speaking to somebody who does not have a clue, promising somebody will ring you back.
There is a trade saying "a job is only as good as the fitter" is quite true. Pro-fix carries the policing of "the man who calls installs". which in this case is me. Because I install all my own products I know that every installation is installed to the highest standard leaving every customer completely satisfied, which in turn leads to recommendations from which comes 95% of my work.
We use up to date computer technology for both pricing and designing both windows doors and conservatories. All quotations are simple to read, our quotation is simple a picture of your window, the location in your home, plus the installed price and details about each and every frame.
